ARE YOU A CHRISTIAN SEEING VISIONS? LET'S TALK!

Perhaps you see visions, and no one has told you that visions are not a gift of the Spirit; they are mere communication with the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and it's as if He is talking to you or writing to you through a vision. It's up to you to interrupt the vision correctly. So how do you do that? That's a fair question, and I plan to explain how to interrupt visions in future posts. Just to let you know how I know how to interpret visions, I started having visions from God when I was 5 years old and seeing angels, and I have continued to ever since. To me, it's normal! No, I am not crazy. . . I am a Seer in God's Kingdom!

I don't really know what life is like without God communicating to me through visions, but I do know what it's like to have to say I am not crazy  . . . I am a Seer. Disclaimer when I am talking about visions being a mere communication with God, I am not talking about some New Age god or goddess; I am talking about the God in the Bible whose Son is Jesus Christ. I am talking about John 3:16, the God of love.

THE SEER IS NOT A NEW FUNCTION IN THE BODY OF CHRIST

 

When God established Israel as a great nation, seers became integral to society. Back then, if someone inquired of God, they would say, "Come, let us go to the seer," because the prophets used to be called seers ( 1 Samuel 9:9), and they shared things with people about what the future held. When visiting a seer, it was customary to bring some food as an offering ( 1 Sam. 9:7). The locals knew about the Seer, as evidenced by the fact that soon-to-be-king, Saul, asked some of the locals," Is the Seer here?" They responded about his whereabouts, and then Saul walked into a divine appointment with the Seer and asked him, " Please tell me, where is the Seer's house?"  (1 Sam. 9:18). 

Then Samuel answered Saul and said, I am the Seer. Go up before me to the high place, for you shall eat with me today, and tomorrow I will let you go and tell you all that is in your heart." (1 Sam. 9:19). Samuel was a seer of the highest accuracy. He told people the secrets of their hearts and things no one knew. His sight went beyond the natural into the invisible realities of nature, and he could see what no one else could. And Saul did not realize that his chance encounter with the Seer was a divine appointment set up by God.

I recently read an article about the days to come and how there will be unprecedented dreams and visions. Old and young will experience supernatural seer phenomena, and the whole world will witness a global outpouring where people from every nation, tribe, and culture will be wondering about the encounters they are having in their sleep and the visions they are having during the day. Before this time comes, a company of seers and prophetic voices will emerge to help people understand the mystery of these events. 

Imagine the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob moving His seers moved to the forefront of the Body of Christ, who will be able to explain to the world what is coming and help many to interpret their dreams, visions, and words of knowledge and watch and enjoy as the Holy Spirit sweeps through the nations in the future!
